With three years as a competitive strongman athlete, she is a four-time Nationally Qualified contender and a two-time Worlds qualifier, bringing elite-level insight to her training methods. Amanda is committed to continually expanding her expertise in strength training, lifestyle coaching, and body composition, focusing on developing effective habits and routines that empower her clients to unlock their full potential and transform their lives.
